For many reasons, Polyester has several advantages. Polyester carpeting is inherently stain resistant, and it definitely outperforms both nylon and wool in this regard. Additionally, polyester carpeting is very soft and significantly less expensive than either nylon or wool. Where previous generations of polyester carpets had poor resiliency and tended to matte or crush in heavy traffic areas, new technology has improved the performance of polyester carpet substantially, and we work with top manufacturers, who have options that fit the needs of any household.
