Our quotes are all-in. That means moisture testing on slabs, subfloor leveling, baseboard removal and reinstall, full disposal of your existing floor, and transitions to adjacent rooms. We protect the rest of your home with floor runners and dust containment, and we vacuum and clean up at the end of every workday. Manufacturer warranties cover the material, typically 25 to lifetime depending on product. We add our own labor warranty on top: if anything we install fails because of an installation defect, we come back and make it right at no charge, and our floor repair crew handles smaller fixes down the road. A typical whole-room install (carpet, LVP, or laminate) takes 1 day. Hardwood takes 2-4 days depending on whether it's pre-finished. Tile takes 3-5 days for installation plus 1 day for grout cure before walking on it.
Yes, we move standard furniture as part of the install. We ask homeowners to handle electronics, fragile items, and anything inside dressers or closets so we don't risk damaging keepsakes.
We do install customer-supplied materials, but warranty coverage is labor-only in that case. When we supply the material, you get one combined warranty on product and installation.
That's most of our jobs. We install hardwood in living areas, tile in bathrooms, carpet on stairs, all in one project, with proper transitions between every material.
