Top coats range from matte to satin to semi-gloss in water-based (low odor, fast cure) or oil-based polyurethane.

Our sanders are connected to commercial HEPA vacuums that capture nearly all the dust at the source. Combined with plastic containment between rooms, the dust you'd expect from a refinish job basically doesn't happen.
